Maurice is co-founder and President of NTF –Energy; he is in charge of team and equity building along with business development. Maurice is an engineer, graduate in management (MIT & Harvard). Prior to co-founding NTF-Energy, Maurice started his career in the United States with New England Electric, the first electricity operator of New England before joining Oracle Corp. Following a tenure in private equity with Apax and ETF Group, he co-launched NTF-Capital in 2003 and subsequently focused on energy with NTF-Energy started in 2010.

Lucie is responsible for technical projects study and is following-up projects in close collaboration with our partners and providers. Lucie has an eco-energetic diploma. Before joining NTF-Energy she has been feasibility project manager and energy engineer.

Christophe is Co-founder of NTF-Energy, in charge of debt financing of our portfolio of solar plants. Graduate from the Political Sciences Institute in Paris (Sciences Po), he held several responsibility positions in Investment banks (CIC, IBJ) and was Managing Director of the West LB until 2007. Christophe has a strong understanding of the overall structuring of projects, notably in the energy field. He is in charge of the financial structuring of our PV plants.

Joel is in charge of our activity in the US. He brings more than 20 years in real estate and business development expertise including lease negotiations and project management. He is currently launching our Mass1 project and has experience in coordinating large PV projects.

Afaf is in charge of administrative and financial follow-up of NTF-Energy ans its below assets. She has a diploma in accounting and management as well as a diploma in accounting review. Before becoming part of the NTF-Energy team, Afaf has been accountant in an international group.

Oumou has a dual master in electric engineering and system’s reliability from University of Montpellier and in company’s administration and entrepreneurship from IAE of Montpellier. She integrated NTF-Energy as the person in charge of conception, analysis and development of photovoltaics plants.

Caroline created and managed her photovoltaics hangars construction business from 2007 to 2012. Now, she is our partner and is in charge of commercial development and pipeline setting up for integrated solar plants.
